Welcome to the Park City and Heber Area

Park City and Heber have a rich history in Utah. As old mining towns, life in these communities is centered on the outdoors. Residents typically live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy adventure, as well as keeping up with the latest food and entertainment trends.

Heber is a quaint sleepy town nestled in between three major reservoirs – Jordanelle, Deer Creek and Strawberry. Tourism is a year-round industry in the Heber Valley. The winter season features cross-country and downhill skiing, as well as snowboarding and snowmobiling on several trails and at the nearby ski resorts of Park City. In the summer and fall, golfing, off-roading, hunting, fishing, and other outdoor recreational activities are abundant. The mountains of Heber are also home to a unique tourist attraction, The Heber Creeper Railroad, which hosts regular, Murder Mystery and Polar Express tours.

Living in the Park City and Heber Area

Park City, although still a small community, has a very active night life. The lodging, food and beverage, recreation and entertainment industries employ the majority of its residents. At only 30 minutes from the Salt Lake Airport, it is a favorite destination for visitors and seasonal residents.

The Main Street area of downtown Park City is full of art galleries, restaurants, bars and museums. Throughout winter, Park City is home to concerts, live theatre, Olympic sporting events and independent film screenings, including the renowned Sundance Film Festival.

Housing includes small ski town properties in Old Town, large condo developments at and near the ski resorts, as well as luxury accommodations.
