Labor Day Weekend Getaways in Utah

The unofficial end of summer, better known as Labor Day weekend, is almost here. The three-day celebration reminds us to enjoy the final days of late-night barbecues and early morning runs before the coolness of the fall season takes over.

Ending the summer with a bang doesn’t mean you have to travel far either. Here in our dynamic state of Utah, there are plenty of adventures to partake in to seal the deal on the summer season.

You can also check out the nearby Cedar Breaks National Monument, where recreational activities like sightseeing, photography, hiking and camping are abundant.

Amusement Park Fun in FarmingtonWhile many Utahns love a trip to Disneyland, the fun can still be had without having to leave the state. Lagoon is just 15 minutes north of downtown Salt Lake City and has a number of rides, talent showcases and other attractions the entire family can enjoy.
