2017 Utah Best of State Winners Announced: Sixth Time’s the Charm

The 2017 Utah Best of State results have just been released and it’s no surprise that Coldwell Banker is once again on top. For the third straight year and sixth time in the last seven years, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has received this prestigious honor in the Real Estate category.

Utah’s premier recognition and awards program, the Best of State award recognizes outstanding individuals, organizations and businesses in the state that excel and surpass all others in a vast array of industry sectors, including business, entertainment, education, hospitality, retail, technology and sports.

Nominees from all across Utah were judged on three areas of overall excellence which include: superiority and quality of products and performance, the creativity nominees display to differentiate themselves from their competition and the dedication nominess possess to improving their communities.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage was recognized for its achievements in the real estate industry overall, its innovation and creativity, and for its contribution in improving the quality of life for Utah residents.

“Each year, the company sets a goal to earn the Best of State award,” said Chris Jensen, President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “Our affiliated Independent Sales Associates and staff are committed to providing the very best service to Utah’s homebuyers and sellers. The real estate market is as competitive as it has been in the last 10 years – so remaining a winner means we are doing something right.”

“2016 was a banner year for Coldwell Banker Utah,” said John Winchester Marketing Director of Coldwell Banker. “We opened a new office in Park City. We added over 100 experienced Sales Associates to the team. Our relocation department reached platinum level and was a Cartus Cup finalist for the first time ever. We also trained and graduated more new agents from our training program (JTM) since 2008. The company generated over $1.8 billion in sales in one of the most competitive markets in years. Add to that, the Coldwell Banker Foundation donated over $100,000 to local charities, including $20,000 to the Autism Council of Utah. I believe that these qualities helped set us apart from the competition and make us a Best of State winner.”

Coldwell Banker wishes to thank all the Independent Sales Associates, staff and clients who made this award a reality, and we congratulate all the Best of State award winners throughout the state.

Winners will be honored at a black-tie gala on Wednesday, May 17, at the Salt Palace Convention Center Grand Ballroom in Salt Lake City.
