Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Utah recently hosted its 16th Annual Awards and Recognition celebration at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City. More than 500 independent Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales associates, staff, vendors and the company’s senior leadership team came together to celebrate the achievements of 2016. This year, more agents were recognized for their production and services since the peak of the real estate market in 2008.

This year’s theme was “This is Home,” which focused on the culture and relationship building within the company that has contributed hugely to its growth. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Utah President Chris Jensen’s effort to ensure that affiliates and employees feel a sense of comfort, safety and the reliance of home is one that is truly commendable, to say the least.

The morning event started off with a catered breakfast in the grand ballroom which was then followed by a show and an awards ceremony.

Awards winners included three top offices: (Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Sugar House, Union Heights and Ogden) as well as winners for the Top Producing Teams (Shelly Tripp Team, Doug and Kathryn Vallee, Jimmy Wu Team, and Team Schlopy), Top Producing Individual (Liz Slager), Rookie of the Year (Kristy Dimmick), as well as overall winners for success in mortgage and home warranty sales. Recognition was given to all Coldwell Banker International President’s Award winners and Diamond, Sterling, Platinum and Gold Society winners. Click here for a complete list of winners.

The event also offered awards for exceptional service and staff. Part of what makes Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage so successful is the hard-working people behind the scenes. The Staff Appreciation Award was given to The IT department and Regional Office Administrator Katie Pike.

The Distinguished Service award was given to the vice president of legal services, Shane Norris, for his dedication and commitment to the agents. The President’s Award was given to director of education Stacey Staley, who oversees the Journey to Mastery (JTM) program.

It was another incredible event and it was the perfect gathering of friends, colleagues and co-workers coming together to celebrate the achievements of their peers. This is Coldwell Banker. This is Home.
