A Look Back at Coldwell Banker’s Summer of Awesomeness

As summer turns to fall, there is a new crispness in the air and the leaves in the canyons are starting to change colors. Fortunately, in Utah, summer fun is replaced by an amazing winter season with skiing, snowboarding and hiking.

As the seasons begin to change, now is a great time to reflect on the good times that were had all summer long.

One of the core values at Coldwell is a culture of “awesomeness” and this summer proved it time and again. Offices around the state hosted BBQs, the Park City office had their first ever sales meeting in anticipation of the office’s grand opening, the company hosted a career night where real estate students were able to listen to seasoned real estate professionals talk about what a day-in-the-life of real estate is all about, and three stand out company events took place.

The Bee’s Knees

In August, the company greeted over 450 Independent Sales Associates, staff, clients and their families for the annual Coldwell Banker Night with the Salt Lake Bees. It was a picture perfect night at Smith’s Ballpark and everyone enjoyed the idyllic weather and one of the best vistas of any baseball field in the country.

Tee Time for Charity

The Coldwell “Bunker” charity golf event was held at River Oaks Golf Course in Sandy on August 26. Dozens of sponsors and hundreds of players joined together to raise money for the Coldwell Banker Community Foundation, which donated over $100,000 last year to organizations in need around the state.

Pedal Power

The Parkway Pedal Ride for Autism, the flagship event for the Coldwell Banker Community Foundation, was held on August 27 in Davis County. Hundreds of bike riders joined Coldwell Banker and the SaharahCaresTM Foundation to ride the Legacy Parkway and raise money for the Autism Council of Utah. In its second year, the Parkway Pedal nearly doubled its contribution to the Autism Council of Utah with a donation of $18,000.

It’s That Good

When we say, “Yeah, It’s That Good” at Coldwell Banker, we mean it.

It was an amazing summer season and Coldwell Banker looks forward to what lies ahead for the 4th Quarter. The Independent Sales Associates are geared and ready to finish off 2016 as strong as ever.

What was the highlight of your summer? We’d love to hear from you. Please share with us in the comments!
