The 2016 Utah Best of State results are in! Utah’s premier recognition and awards program, the Best of State award recognizes outstanding individuals, organizations and business in Utah that excel and surpass all others in a vast array of industry sectors, including business, entertainment, education, hospitality, retail, technology and sports.
Nominees from all across the state are judged on three areas of overall excellence: superiority and quality of products and performance, the creativity nominees display to differentiate themselves from their competition and dedication to improving their community.
For the second straight year and fifth time in the last six years, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has received this prestigious honor in the Real Estate/Appraisal category.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage was recognized for its achievements in the real estate industry overall, for its innovation and creativity and for its contribution in improving the quality of life for Utah residents.

Winners will be honored at a black-tie gala on Wednesday, May 18, at the Salt Palace Convention Center Grand Ballroom in Salt Lake City.
