Think open houses are just for homes for sale and back to school nights? Think again!
On July 30, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage hosted an open house to show off the new Coldwell Banker Station Park office, a state-of-the-art space at the Station Park shopping center in Farmington, Davis County’s premier retail mall.
Hundreds of clients, brokers, agents, and city officials were on hand to get personal tours of the office and enjoy dinner from Twigs Bistro, just one of the many restaurants located right outside the doors of the office. The party-like atmosphere went from 4:30 – 7:30 pm and the traffic was steady the entire night.
The new office is over 5,000 square feet and was designed and built to bring agents and clients together. Conference rooms, eBars, and open space with connectivity for every device gives the Independent Sales Associates all the tools they need to provide the best customer service in real estate.
Following the open house, guests enjoyed the opening night of Station Park’s Thursday Night Concert Series with a Tribute to Motown (sounds of the 50s and 60s). Temperatures soared into the 90s at night, but not to worry, Coldwell Banker was there to provide fans for the crowd.
If you missed the open house, don’t worry – the office is open Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. Feel free to come say hello and get a tour. A qualified associate is always on hand to let you know what your home is worth in today’s hot real estate market. Check us out at coldwellbankerhomes.com.
