A New Real Estate Hub in Farmington’s Station Park

It’s official! Our new office at Station Park in Farmington is open for business.

Station Park is the region’s premier shopping destination and features upscale retail, dining and entertainment, as well as a park, children’s play area, outdoor winter skating rink and a world-class show fountain.

Headed by Broker Brian Davis, the 5,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility is home to 60 of the area’s most talented independent agents and has plenty of room to grow.

“Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has enjoyed tremendous growth throughout the Bountiful-South Davis area, and this new office will give us the opportunity to meet rising customer demand for our services and add more terrific agents to serve our clients,” Davis said.

Technology and mobility were the inspiration for the offices design, according to Davis, which has been built around today’s real estate agents who are always on the go meeting with clients, viewing properties and closing sales.

“There are large flex-spaces for agents who want a more collaborative work environment, and available offices for those who want a more permanent workspace,” he said. “There are also two large conference rooms for client meetings, an eBar for laptops with charging stations, and a 70” display monitor for presentations. The new office sits directly above the Apple Store and is adjacent to one of the finest workout facilities in the state, The Gym at Station Park, which offers discounted memberships to our Station Park agents.”

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s new Station Park office is located at 172 N. East Promontory, Suite 280, in Farmington and can be reached by calling 801.295.2700. Stop by and say hello!
