On April 23 from 4:30 pm-7:00 pm, food lovers are in for a very special treat. Small business “foodtrepreneurs” from around the state are gathering to share some of their tastiest recipes with guests. Highlighting all things local and fresh, this free event will give even the most discerning of foodies a reason to celebrate. Guests can sample from over 30 local companies and socialize with a panel of small business owners for an insider’s look into their entrepreneurial visions for the direction of their food companies and the Utah foodie scene.

Sip & Savor Soiree—Bambara featuring Sugar House Distillery | 202 S Main St, SLC, UT 84101
Recently named Salt Lake City’s Best Restaurant, this downtown bistro is known for its fresh and flavor-packed food ingredients. But this time Bambara will re-direct its focus on pairing craft distilleries for its Sip & Savor Soiree tasting series on April 29, from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm. Aiming to please both craft spirit lovers and foodies, Sugar House Distillery’s founder James Fowler and Chef Nathan Powers will team up to create a seasonal paring of small plates with distilled spirits including vodka, malt whiskey and silver rum.
