Utah Eats: Zoom into Zoom

Park City is host to a whole list of restaurants, giving your many choices when deciding where to eat. If looking for something new to taste, I suggest you head straight for Zoom. It’s a wonderful meld of tasty food, casual yet stylish ambiance and great people watching!

Chef Ernesto Rocha has compiled an elegantly easy and diverse menu that is sure to get you excited about this place. I recommend the Truffle Mac ‘n Cheese or the beautiful Alaskan Halibut. One of my favorite things to get when the weather turns chilly is the Wild Game Chili. Ha…get it…Chilly = Chili!! So good for us carnivores.

As great as the food is, the service is even better. Prepare yourself to be dazzled. Zoom is owned by Robert Redford and is part of the Sundance Resort Restaurants group. I’m not sure what his secret is, but the man knows how to train his people!

By the way, the location of Zoom is the old Union Pacific railroad depot. In a resort town that is full of historical landmarks and buildings, this one definitely stands out. What a fun place to get some grub. Make sure to check it out the next time you are in the PC area. You might even see Mr. Redford!
