Previews Premiere: Spring Spotlight

Visualize your dream home. What do you see? Whenever I find myself looking at real estate, there’s a certain excitement that I feel when viewing luxury properties. Sometimes the allure falls in the location: the Swiss Alps, Malibu’s coastline or the Manhattan skyline. Often it is the attention to detail, such as the handpicked cobblestone, the spiral staircase or an arched ceiling. Whatever it is that tugs at my heartstrings, there is one thing all luxury properties have in common – they are exceptional.

Coldwell Banker Previews International® is no stranger when it comes to exceptional properties. Previews International® was developed during the Great Depression by a man named Henderson Talbot. At the time, million-dollar properties were almost unheard of let alone the ability to easily sell them, yet Talbot was determined to leave his mark. Talbot pioneered the concept of showcasing luxury listings on a international level and began “previewing” high-end properties on film to interested buyers. Fast forward to today and Previews International® is as strong as ever and continues to lead the way in marketing some of the world’s most exceptional estates.
