National Sales Awards Presented to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Utah

It is one thing to say you’re the best in real estate, and another thing entirely when you’re recognized for it. Earlier this week, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, one of Utah’s leading providers of real estate services, announced that 15 of its agents and local offices received top honors from NRT LLC for sales results in 2013.

Coldwell Banker in Utah ranked first in the Cartus USAA performance, as well as first in mortgage performance, second in recruiting performance, and third in home protection plan sales compared to all NRT companies nationwide.

Mike Lindsay and Jimmy Wu from the Union Heights office in Midvale were named the top individual sales associate and top real estate team, respectively, for gross sales commission. Wu also ranked in the top 10 nationally for unit sales, mortgage services and home protection plan sales.

Stacey Christopherson from the North Davis office was recognized for being in the top 10 nationally for mortgage services performance.

The Union Heights office, managed by Brian Gottfredson, was second nationally in mortgage services and fifth in home protection plan sales. And the Salt Lake office, managed by Kevin Larsen, was fourth nationally in home protection plan success rate and ninth in home protection unit sales.
