Congratulations to Robert Bolar, a top producing agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Downtown Ogden office, for being elected to the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors board of directors for the 2013-2015 term.
This will be the third term of service for Robert, who is currently serving as a director on the board. Among his accomplishments during his present term, Robert has helped NWAOR cut costs without raising agent fees, expand marketing efforts, streamline processes through innovative technology, and offer further training for agents. He has also been a major contributor to the REALTOR® Political Action Committee and active in educating the public on the benefits of working with a Realtor.
Robert has consistently been a top producer throughout his real estate career. He holds the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) and e-PRO designations. Among his many recognitions, he has received the Professional Achievement Award for six straight years, the Realtor of the Year Award for 2005 from his brokerage, and has been ranked among the top 8 percent of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. He is also a licensed real estate instructor in Utah for GRI courses.
