Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced today that it has launched a new design for its marketing and listing materials. The goal of the new look is to enhance the marketing of its clients’ homes with more simplistic, unique and contemporary design elements.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage clients will notice a more progressive design in the marketing of their home with the use of large, custom photography, minimal copy and an overall cleaner look to their property flyers, postcards and online marketing pieces. Their agent will be working with newly redesigned listing presentations, custom iPad/Tablet presentations, business cards, stationery, and other key marketing tools.
“Clients expect a refined look to the materials that are used to market their home,” said Anne Treacy Johnson, regional vice president of marketing for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “They want their home to feel different, better and special – no matter the listing price. The new, upscale design we’ve created will showcase their home in the best possible light to prospective buyers, which in turn will help get them the very best results for their property.”
In addition, the company has developed a series of local print image advertisements that mirror Coldwell Banker’s new national television advertising campaign. The campaign celebrates what it calls the “Value of a home,” citing warm and inviting reasons why people choose to make a house a home.
The company has announced that this current redesign of its marketing pieces will be followed by a new look and several enhancements for its world-renowned Coldwell Banker Previews International luxury home marketing system.
“We wanted to examine and enhance every visual aspect of our marketing strategy,” said Johnson. “From bank-owned properties to luxury listings, it’s important for agents to represent their sellers with today’s most sophisticated tools, including their prospecting pieces, listing presentation and website. We’ve created a more upscale and contemporary look to those tools that reflects Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a company.”
On an internal basis, the company has also redesigned its agent support intranet website, known as UtahAgents.net, company newsletters and other communication pieces.
