Doris Whitaker, a leading real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Ogden, has earned the National Association of Realtors® Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.
“These designations are a symbol of Doris’s dedication to her clients,” said Kristin Graziano, sales manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Ogden office. “Doris’s professionalism and dedication to continuing her education have made her a valued and trusted member of the real estate community and an important member of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.”
The GRI is considered by many real estate industry professionals to be the most advanced and comprehensive training program available to real estate agents in North America. The CNE designation course includes such topics as win-win negotiating, the psychology of buying and persuasion principles, in addition to case studies and group discussion topics. Considered one of the top designation courses in real estate, the course also provides business building training.
