Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Honored for Providing Outstanding Mortgage Services to Utah Buyers

Company receives two awards from PHH/Axiom Mortgage at Cartus Broker Network International Conference

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage was recently honored for its outstanding performance during the past year with two awards presented at the 2011 Cartus Broker Network International Conference held in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The company, one of the largest real estate brokerages in Utah, was awarded with the PHH/Axiom Mortgage Most Valuable Partnership Award, which recognizes brokers who have the most successful mortgage relationships, based on size category under the participation channels.  In addition, it received the PHH/Axiom Mortgage Excellence Award, which is presented to the Network broker who achieves the single highest capture rate (closed purchase mortgage loans to buyer-controlled sales) through PHH/Axiom Mortgage.

“Cartus Broker Network members understand the significance of delivering a full range of services related to the home purchase process,” said Gerald Pearce, Cartus executive vice president of broker and affinity services. “Our sincerest appreciation goes to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for maximizing the opportunities to provide mortgage offerings to our customers.”

“Our company knows the value of maintaining a strong relationship with PHH/Axiom Mortgage,” said Dan Christensen, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Utah.  “We are happy to be able to provide a win-win situation by bringing business to PHH/Axiom Mortgage and a proven mortgage solution to our clients.  Winning these two awards is a true honor, and we consider it both a reward for past success and a source of inspiration for the future”

In addition to the awards ceremony, the three-day event included interactive workshops, roundtable and panel discussions, and executive presentations.  Cartus Broker Network participants networked with other industry professionals and exchanged information and ideas regarding team-building, revenue generation, retention, new business strategies, and increasing customer service—all essential elements for continued success.
